1971 C3 365 HP

Slideshow
1971 Shamblin,J

One of the cleanest, low mileage, pristine C3's BIG BLOCK I've seen for sale by a club member.  Nevada Silver (appears to be the original paint) with Black Leather Interior that's in good condition.  Found in a climate controlled garage where it had been stored for over ten years, this 1971 Corvette was one of a small collection in a Birmingham, AL estate. There was no documentation to be found but a thorough inspection revealed no rust issues or evidence of collision damage repair. The paint and interior appear to be original and in very good condition, with normal wear and patina for a low-mileage survivor. The automatic transmission looks new and was probably replaced at some point. The engine stamping numbers are correct for the 454/365hp. This ‘71 has a rare combination of options. This one won't stay for sale for very long, guaranteed.

Below is a list of recent maintenance and repairs.

I left the car with my friends at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet for about four months while I moved to The Villages in July of 2017. Their senior ASE certified technician kept it in their climate-controlled shop and performed the list of items below.  It’s now kept in my climate controlled-garage at home. I take it out once or twice a month for a cruise around The Villages, and to a few monthly cruise-in and classic car show at Spanish Springs Square.
Before I bought it, the following had recently been done:
• New shocks
• New rear leaf spring
