The time is 11AM through 7PM. The FIRST C8 ROADSHOW drew thousands of Corvette lovers at every stop and it's up to us to be sure we make them feel welcome by showing up in force for this really cool event. There's NO registration needed. Just show up.
The 2023 C8 Corvette Z06 made its big debut back in October of 2021. Aside from SEMA and Jay Leno actually being able to drive it for his YouTube Channel, there aren’t many people that have seen one other than online. That is about to change for us as Chevrolet initiates their dealer tour for the upcoming Z06. Originally a rumor, the dealer tours from Chevy have been confirmed by Corvette Blogger to start in 2022. Chevy initiated this for the first time with the arrival of a mid-engine corvette in 2019. There was a lot of hype then about the mid-engine sports car. There is a lot of hype now about the 2023 Z06 sporting the 670 horsepower LT6 flat plane crank V8 engine with a RED LINE OF 8,600RPM. IT IS the most powerful naturally aspirated V8 to ever be put in a production car was small feat. One of the cooler marketing plans that Chevy instituted with the arrival of the new mid-engine C8 Corvette in 2019 was the "C8 Corvette Dealers Tour". Dealers could host a one or two-day event with the new C8 Corvette on display, and it also included a Corvette specialist to present the car as well as a bunch of displays showing off the various colors, options, seats, and wheels that the Corvette could be ordered with. Some dealers had a huge turn-out with thousands of people showing up to check out the new mid-engine Corvette. I've had heard some rumblings that the Chevrolet would be headed back out on tour again with Z06, and today we have confirmation by a Chevrolet representative who said the Z06 Dealers Tour will be offered to dealers beginning in 2022 and specifically, George Nahas Chevrolet, our local "Corvette Dealer" and club sponsor. Chevy will also supply dealers with a Corvette specialist to talk about the vehicle as well as a suite of other displays showcasing the available options like color and wheel packages when ordering the 2023 Z06. The actual price of the Z06 has not been revealed at the time of this writing however with the first known C8 Corvette dealer tour stop taking place in Costa Mesa California in April. We hope to have a better idea and perhaps a full pricing spreadsheet at or before this event. As far as finding one near you, there is no tracking system as of right now.
