The upgraded lot will enable parking for 300 corvettes.
MEETING PLACE: Mulberry Regional Rec Center
MEETING TIME: 7:45AM DRIVER'S MEETING
DEPART TIME: ~8:00AM

Those registered to attend the show will meet in the Mulberry Rec. Center Parking Lot for a driver’s meeting at 7:45 am. Saturday Nov. 17th.
We will depart at 8:00 am in a caravan.
The trip will take about 25 minutes. We plan to arrive together so we will be able to park near each other.
Don’t forget to pack your chairs, sun glasses, coolers and a SMILE! The route will be explained at the driver’s meeting.

Those planning to attend the Pre-Show Party on Friday, Nov. 16th, are on their own: There will NOT be a caravan from The Villages.

On the show day, after prizes are awarded, etc., we will depart on our own: There will NOT be a caravan back to The Villages.

Those registered to attend the show on Sat 11/17:

  • MEETING PLACE: Mulberry Rec. Center Parking Lot
  • MEETING TIME: 7:45 AM for a driver's meeting
  • DEPART TIME: ~8:00AM

We will have 3 groups of 10-11 Vettes leaving Mulberry at a time about 3-45 minutes apart  
The 22 mile trip will take about 25-30 minutes. 
With more than 30 VVCC Vettes attending, it will be almost impossible for us to arrive at the check in station at  the same time.  NOT TO WORRY. The MCCC folks have agreed to set aside an area for the Village Vettes to be parked together. 

The route will be explained at the driver’s meeting.

Do NOT forget your club shirt & name badge, sleaning supplies, chairs, cooler some liquid libation, snacks, sunglasses, hat and sun screen and a BIG SMILE!!  

Those planning to attend the Pre-Show Party on Friday, Nov. 16th, are on their own:  There will NOT be a caravan from The Villages.

On the show day, after prizes are awarded, etc., you're free to depart on your own.  There will NOT be a caravan back to The Village.
