Hollerbach’s German Restaurant was founded in 2001 by Theo and Linda Hollerbach in the heart of Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida. Their vision was to create a place where guests could experience Gemütlichkeit—a warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with great food, laughter, and cheer.
From humble beginnings, the restaurant has grown into a Sanford staple, known for its authentic German cuisine, vibrant festivals, and live entertainment. Hollerbach’s celebrates the rich culture of Germany while honoring the spirit of Sanford’s historic community. Hollerbach's is dedicated to providing an authentic experience that extends beyond delicious food to include a vibrant atmosphere of community and comfort, all steeped in the rich traditions brought from Germany by our founders.
In addition to great food (and German beer), the highlight of the evening is listening to (and dancing if you are so inclined) Nick and Eckhard play authentic German Polka music. Their performance starts at 6:00PM. If this is your first time dining at Hollerbach's, you are in for a treat!
