REGISTRATION FORM: 10-13-19 FLAGLER BEACH REGISTRATION & FLYER
EVENT LEADER: Tom Swiers

MEETING & DEPARTURE: Departure will be from the Home Depot parking lot on Saturday, 10/12/19 at 10:00AM. There will be a drivers meeting prior to departure at 10:15AM. Maps and driving instructions will be provided.

We will stop at Corky Bell's in East Palatka for lunch before driving to the Host Hotel for the Welcome Party from 4:30 to 8:00PM

Flagler County Corvette Club is hosting a Welcome Party on Saturday Oct. 12 for a cost of $35.00 per person.  You must Pre-register for the show to attend the Welcome Party being held at the Host Hotel: The Hilton Garden Inn, 55 Town Center Blvd, Palm Coast, FL, 386-586- 2463. Special Event Room rates start at $110.00 (includes breakfast each day) + tax & fees. If you decide not to participate in the Welcome Party, you are on your own for dinner.

Departure to the car show on Sunday morning will be promptly at 7:30AM from the Host Hotel. We must arrive together in order to be parked together. 

Following the show, you will be on your own regarding the return trip to The Villages.
