Roger chimed in and said “ I can make a route to this destination that will knock their socks off” and
Cindy said “Let’s do it, the destination is the best yet”.

So this is your invitation to join 18 other couples in the adventure to see the Autumn Color, bob for apples, and enjoy the scenery. 

We have rented the whole hotel for two nights, October 27 / 29, and we have dinner planned on the arrival evening. The hotel has a very nice watering hole for those of you that arrive parched. I have to say that the destination is the best yet, a diamond in the ruff, a tropical paradise.  The day will start at a point in The Villages, you will proceed with a set of instructions that will lead you to the destination. The trip there will take you 6 to 8 hours to complete.  The destination may be in Alabama, Florida, Georgia or ?????. The route may cover interstate highways, US highways, State highways, or County roads, but the route will be scenic, as outlined by Roger. Over hill n’dale, under the golden tall oaks, gazing at the brilliant red sugar maples, and looking at all of the hardwoods in their fall glory.
Bet you can't wait.
Here's the the particulars.
The rooms are $140.00 each night, all taxes included, PLUS a $25.00 trip charge to cover trip expenses soooo, the deposit will be $165.00 for the first night,( $140 room plus $25.00 trip charge), when you check out you will be charged $140.00 by the hotel. You can cancel the reservation through 9/1/2020. After 9/1/2020, we will forward all monies to the hotel. If you cancel after 9/1/2020, you will forfeit your deposit and the $25.00 trip charge. We have dinner planed at a local restaurant just down the road. This restaurant is very unusual, and I know that you will enjoy dinner. The restaurant charges are not included in the hotel charges, the restaurant charges are additional. 

Again the dates are Tuesday 10/27 thru Thursday 29, 2020.

Save the dates, October 27th through the 29th. Registration will begin on, around or near July 1st but it could happen anytime so check back. You'll have a leisurely trip through the woods, over rivers, across creeks and desolate roads to the fall “LODGE". Pack your belongings and get ready for this excursion and optional tour and start savin' up now for the $165 this is gonna cost ya.

CANCELLATION:
BEFORE 09/01/20: Any monies paid will be credited back to your Village Vettes.com account for future use.
AFTER 09/01/19:NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED AFTER MIDNIGHT 08/31/20. We will, however, endeavor to fill your late cancelled spot(s) in which case you may have to negotiate with the party that steps forward at this late date.
