National Parts Depot is the largest restoration parts supplier in the industry. They have more than 570,000 sq. ft. of fully stocked warehouse/stores at their (4) locations around the country. Jim Schmidt started the business in Gainesville more than 40 years ago and it is still family owned. Jim and his son, Rick Schmidt, assembled the huge car collection that you are invited to see and enjoy.

This event is an opportunity to walk through the private car collection of Jim and Rick Schmidt, owners of National Parts Depot in Ocala. Rick will be our tour guide to explain many of the historic cars, trucks, and even some rare factory concept vehicles. After the tour, you are all invited to dine at nearby Mimi's Café if you wish to do so. We will be using their regular menu, and everyone will pay their own tab. All are invited to eat lunch nearby at Mimi's Café after the tour. They will set aside an area for all of us to sit together. We will be using their regular menu, and each will pay their own tab. Everyone will be given written instructions to find their way from NPD to Mimi's as we will not be driving there in a caravan. If you decide, for some reason, that you cannot join us for lunch, that is perfectly alright. But we would like to know ahead how many are planning to go, so please let us know when you fill out your registration if you will be attending lunch at Mimi's or not.
