We have selected the dates of October 18, 19 and 20, we will depart The Villages on October 18, and you will return on the 20th. We all enjoyed our previous treks to: Apalachicola, Fernandina, Tarpon Lodge @ Pine Island, & St. Simons Island.
Here are some of the particulars on this year's adventure:
The destination is an historic venue, built for a specific purpose nearly one hundred years ago. The venue has only 19 rooms available. Upon arrival, and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, after quenching off all of the road dust, a nice dinner will be next on your agenda.
The hotel is offering a very, very special meal. All of the meal options will be discussed later. The room rate this year is $155.00, all taxes included, in addition we are adding an additional $45.00 to cover expenses. Sooo, if you do the arithmetic, herefore your payment at registration to the club will be $200.00, and you'll owe $155.00 at check out, plus your bar tab & any additional charges like massages, room service, etc. This is a small venue, not as large as last year, so there are 19 rooms available, with two that have a Jack and Jill bath.
Registrations will automatically open on FRIDAY 07/08/22 @ 8:00AM sharp. If you miss the window, don't despair, there will be a WAIT LIST button that'll stack 10 members in chronological order. BE AWARE, we always have multiple cancellations for various reasons leading up to "LIFT-OFF".
CANCELLATION DEADLINE: 09/01/22 @ 8:00AM which is when we're sending the hotel the first night's payment. IF YOU CANCEL LATER THAN THAT SHOWN ABOVE YOU'LL PROBABLY LOSE YOUR 200 BUCKS.
