19th Annual "VETTES on the AVENUE" Melbourne

This is a special invitation to all club members to attend a weekend gathering of Corvettes in Melbourne Florida and enjoyed the time to get to know other Village Vettes members, to meet members of other Corvette clubs and to see a lot of fabulous Corvettes. Last year's event attracted approximately 325 Corvettes from around Florida!

This all-Corvette gathering is held on beautiful New Haven Avenue, the tree-lined street of Historic Downtown Melbourne Florida, famous for its shops and restaurants. We will depart from Eisenhower Recreation Center Friday afternoon, enjoy a superb dinner Friday evening at The Dove III Italian Restaurant, attend the gathering Saturday, have dinner at Ocean 302 Bar & Grill Saturday evening and return home Sunday following a Sunday Brunch, shopping at Ron Jon's in Cocoa Beach, etc.
It's not necessary to own a “show car” and you don't have to spend hours preparing your Vette to attend this event! Close to 70% of the cars attending this gathering are "factory stock". CAR SHOW DETAILS Host Hotel: Hilton Melbourne, 200 Rialto Place, Melbourne, FL 32901 321-768-0200. We will be staying Friday and Saturday nights in order to enjoy dinner Friday and Saturday evenings. DINNER PLANNING All participants will be contacted 3 to 4 weeks in advance of the show to determine who and how many will be dining Friday night and Saturday night. This in a three-day (2 nights) event to attend the all-Corvette show hosted by Space Coast Vettes on Saturday October 15th. Last year this show attracted 325 Corvettes! In addition to the car show, it will be an enjoyable day visiting with vette club friends, checking out some awesome Corvettes, meeting new people, dining at some nice restaurants and shopping along the tree-lined streets of Historic Downtown Melbourne. This is a Participant judged show with awards for the "Top 40" cars. There will be a 50/50 drawing, gift basket drawing and some outstanding door prize giveaways. The host hotel, located just 2 miles from the show location, is the Hilton Melbourne, 200 Rialto Place, Melbourne FL 32901. Call (321) 768-0200 for reservations at the daily show rate of $115 plus tax. Just mention "Space Coast Vettes". Early registration, on or before September 16, is $30 that includes one free Event T Shirt.
