MEETING & DEPARTURE: Departure will be from Laurel Manor Recreation Center, 1985 Laurel Manor Drive, (Intersection of CR466 and Buena Vista Blvd.) at 10:30AM Saturday, October 7th. Please plan on arriving no later than 10:15AM. There will be a drivers meeting prior to departure. Maps and driving instructions will be provided.
We will stop for lunch at Corky Bells located at 185 S. Hwy. 17, Palatka, FL, an outstanding restaurant located on the St. John’s River. Following lunch we will drive to Flagler Beach (Palm Coast) to check in at our hotel.
It is recommended that we all stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center, 55 Town Center Blvd.,Palm Coast, Fl. 32164.
Flagler County Corvette Club is hosting a Welcome Party on Saturday Oct. 7 from 5 – 8 PM at the Host Hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn (see below). The Welcome Party is $30 per person for a buffet, music, cash bar with a 1 Hour Happy Hour (2 for 1 Drinks – restrictions apply), and is limited to the first 100 people. You must Pre-register for the show to attend the Welcome Party. Host Hotel: The Hilton Garden Inn, 55 Town Center Blvd, Palm Coast, FL, 386-586- 2463. Special Event Room rates start at $104 (includes breakfast each day) + tax & fees. If you decide not to participate in the Welcome Party, you are on your own for dinner.
On Sunday morning, October 8, we will assemble at 7:20AM at the Hilton Garden Inn and will depart precisely at 7:30AM as a group to the show site. We will be parking together as a group.
Following the show, you will be on your own regarding the return trip to The Villages.

JUDGED: YES (See show flyer). To be in a judged class, you MUST PRE-REGISTER. You can also register your car in a “Display Only” Category. Day of Show registration is Display Only.
