My driver side door locks stopped working the link below fixed my problem. Before during this make sure you can hear the relays clicking when you press the door lock button. If you do this may fix the problem.
A word of caution if you have no experience working with multi layered printed circuit boards this can be very challenging the relays are very hard to unsolder.
The relays I used are Panasonic JSM1-12V-5 I paid $0.84ea for 5 of them and got free shipping it was a Christmas sale.
